There is lots n Lots of Cons* there like as follows: - There is no any Policies, HR policy, Leave Calendar etc. - There is no any Medical insurance so anything happened to you the management is not responsible for this. - There is no deductions like PF, ESI irrespective of number of employees there are 250-300 peoples are working but they are still not registered with the PF I don't no what policies they have followed so please go through these things also - They have followed the 9.30-7 timings for 6 days but there out time is not fixed for seniors like seniors are not the human its machines according to them. So my clear no to everyone to join the organization they have not offered you any handsome CTC but they expected handsome knowledge & experience.

In the name of FOA you will only fill the e forms on portal that’s it there is no growth nothing salary is even more worst for the work you are doing no appraisals. Don’t get foolish from the other reviews this is an honest review I have worked to much and in the end I got nothing in my hand
