      Great team work Supportive line management Am working with a fantastic client and I have full autonomy to deliver what's required Flexible working policies for hybrid and remote workers Good trust levels There is lots of effort to recognise people's achievements Good L&D opportunities

      Cons

      Change requests are treated with a very risk averse nature, new technology adoption is almost impossible unless it has been recommended at corporate level. Career progression can be challenging even when performing above expectation Salary and total rewards package could be improved

      Reed is a great organisation with strong company values. I have worked for Reed for a long time and have had fabulous opportunities in a company that is flexible and listens.

      AL policy is low, no long tenure increases
