Pros
The staff and executives at this company are very involved and make you feel like family. If you have an issue, the Company is always willing to help in any way they can. RP Funding were a true work family for me. The pay was great, snacks were provided, and I was able to get a promotion fairly early on.
Cons
It is a fast pace environment, which some may like. I like the fast pace because it made the day go by quickly.
