The phone interview included a brief discussion of qualifications and skills.
The personal interview included two members of the executive team although one member had to excuse himself for a phone call during the interview. Much of the personal interview was directed at specific skills and tasks and the questions regarding them were repetitive.
The overall tone was professional although there seemed to be some trepidation to disclose some details by the interviewers.
During the interview they asked if a much lower level position would be acceptable, I felt that was an inappropriate move given the detailed and extensive relevant work history provided.
I was not offered the job, I think they were able to find a less expensive candidate.
