      - Season tickets to the San Fran Giants (blocks away from ballpark) - Freedom to work from home on Thursdays

      Cons

      - As clients start to leave, so does the company morale and turnover - No training or career growth internally leading to the constant turnover of employees - Clear favouritsm in the workplace - Be prepared to regularly work late nights unrecognized while the Exec and management team are out the office by 4pm daily

      - Agency Fridays - Work Culture - No A-holes - New Ideas are actually listened to - The whole CS team top to bottom are great people!

      Cons

      - Typical agency timelines and deadlines - No PM team - Sometimes either an early morning or later afternoon is required due to timezone meeting overlaps (depending if you're PST or EST)

      A great culture adapted to a fully remote company. Client focused at all times, with a team approach to each client

      Cons

      If the clients reduce contracts because of economic downturns, then layoffs happen - and it's not hard to see that coming.
