Easy interview, questions around direct experience that aligns with job description. Easy no from me to not move forward - there is no room to expand the salary range range listed on their job description. I also got the sense that the company is in full survival mode right now: recently merged and there is a lack of transparency from new leadership. Also admitted culture has taken a hit and the social team is 'very busy' with slim teams from layoffs and each person is handling up to 10 clients.... yikes. I would stay away unless you're desperate.
