Pros

Teammates are a bonus. Working from home is a bonus. They do try to be flexible with your schedule.

Cons

Changing teams, changing your immediate team lead and then they may have a supervisor, and that supervisor changes. Worked on four different campaigns, which is often scary for changing schedules. Lack of communication between teams. Too much change in team leads. Feel training should be longer than three days for a better understanding of what is expected.
