Pros

Fun, friendly co-workers(other than management). Really kind and understanding when it comes to TRO. Direct deposit is nice and the daily pay option is a life saver!

Cons

Management kind of act like a big dog/small dog fighting over an enormous steak. The big dog gets it and even after its stuffed full with food ( management opportunities/jobs) the big dog still keeps it all to himself. Seriously this place is never giving out advancement from within the company positions. I haven't worked here long and there are only 2 SUPERVISORS and at one point i think 30 reps. Not to mention 1 of the supervisors(teir2)hardly works there. So there is never one to take a call that only a supervisor can handle due to authority to make decisions such as a discount. Not to mention all upper management seriously sit back and purposely make people quit. (managing them out they call it)Plus when they lay people off they call it Mandatory Time Off so they can get out of paying unemployment ! ugh and yes im still here...
