Pros

Supportive team, good learning opportunities, and a positive work environment. Team members are helpful, and there is good collaboration across work.

Cons

Processes can still improve in some areas, and there may be scope for better structure and communication as the company grows.

Pros

None that stand out; the initial retention offer seemed promising but was a bait-and-switch.

Cons

I joined as a fresher and gave my best, but the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. After receiving an offer from another company and resigning, they matched it and promised a hike to retain me, only to put me on PIP shortly after without any valid reason or prior feedback. It felt like a deliberate trap to tarnish my record and force me out, especially since my performance was never an issue before. The culture is extremely stressful: two standups a day, constant micromanagement, and unrealistic timelines set by management who take no ownership. Developers are blamed for everything, including mistakes from previous team members. The environment feels heavily influenced by internal politics and favoritism among leadership. The mindset is cheap, expecting high quality work for minimal pay (e.g., demanding 1L worth output for 20k level compensation). No proper training for freshers, and the environment fosters jealousy; when I left, they gave a negative reference during my background verification, which felt like petty retaliation. On top of that, they operate like a small "lala" company: no salary slips provided, and payments were irregular (between 1st-5th of the month). If you're a developer looking for growth, respect, or stability, steer clear - this place will drain you.

Pros

As a junior developer, I was treated with a lot of respect and patience. The team ensured I had enough time to understand the tech stack and gradually get comfortable with the projects. This helped me transition smoothly into the work environment. One thing that really stands out is the presence of a well structured employee handbook and proper documentation. Many startups overlook this, but having clear documentation made it much easier to get up to speed. The team members are very supportive and approachable, and the overall environment is calm and collaborative. Suggestions from developers are genuinely listened to and responded to thoughtfully. Developers are given real ownership of their work, which builds trust and provides valuable hands on industry experience, especially for freshers. Leadership is also very approachable. The CEO encourages open communication, regularly asks for feedback from the team, and creates an environment where people feel comfortable sharing their ideas.

Cons

I have not encountered any significant drawbacks during my time here so far.
