Qumin has no interest in developing its people—they always rely on vendors’ work. Expect a painfully slow learning curve. - Profit-above-all mindset: Qumin’s so-called “7-hour workday” sounds dreamy, but here’s the catch: you’re expected to complete all your daily tasks within those hours. Need more time? Not allowed—it eats into margins. The only solution? Unpaid overtime.
