micro-management, people who have no understandings in finance can be promoted twice within a year even they were in manager positions in a restaurant

Pros

Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

Cons

I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
