Pros

Nice offices in Toronto, but little else

Cons

Lies and lies. Every town hall we get more lies to swallow. Enough to say that they monitor laptops, slack messages, websites you visit and even have monitors in bathrooms. They plant fake reviews here. HR asks people to share "honest feedback" but if you do, you'll be out soon, for "restructure purposes". Unpaid overtime rules. It's official: "rest later", they openly say. They are in for your unpaid and never-to-be-recognized overtime. New hires get 20-60k more than current employees, even in lower level roles. Be ready to join a company which all talents either already left or are actively discussing to leave, on every level, from lower to upper management. On its way to complete failure and then, being sold to Wealthsimple.

Pros

Welcomed From Day One: The onboarding experience here is fantastic. From the moment I started, I felt genuinely welcomed and supported by the team, which made transitioning into the role incredibly smooth. Top-Tier Training: They don't just throw you into the deep end. The training program is excellent and highly structured—it truly set me up for success and gave me the confidence to hit the ground running fast. No Guesswork on Performance: I always know exactly where I stand. The goals and KPIs are crystal clear, meaning I can focus on my work without wondering what success looks like or how I'm being measured. A Culture That Cares: The company culture is genuinely great. It’s collaborative, tech-forward, and feels like a place where people actually want to see you succeed. Real Room to Grow: One of the best parts about working here is knowing that your hard work pays off. There are clear, tangible opportunities to advance my career internally and move into new roles. Great benefits package.

Cons

Rigid Schedule & Directives: If you’re looking for a position that lets you manage your own time, set your own hours, or have a lot of flexibility in your daily schedule, this isn't the role for you. It’s a structured, shift-based environment where being online and available during your scheduled hours is strictly monitored. Not the highest salary in the industry.
