4yThank you for taking the time to write this review and thank you for recognising the passion with which the whole organisation approaches our customers. We are delighted to now be recognised as one of the top Managed Services Providers in EMEA for Google Cloud.
In terms of our strategy, Appsbroker is always quick to adapt to address opportunities and challenges that we see in front of us. Whilst this approach has been successful we recognise that this doesn't suit everyone and can be quite challenging for some. It is disappointing that you feel there is limited scope for feedback or contribution as you know this is something we pride ourselves on. We encourage feedback at all times from all of our colleagues in our fortnightly "meet with Mike (CEO) calls , in Finish the week and many other forums. Access to any of the Board members is only a chat away, please feel free to reach out to me or any other member of the Board or Senior Leadership Team. Feedback is extremely important to us so will ask our new talent director to dig a bit deeper into this comment and try and establish where the communication is lacking.
Appsbroker prides itself on its Agile Delivery model and delivering predictability to our customers, the level of due dilligence we apply to opportunities means that we always deliver quality to our customers. The reputation we have established with this process has meant long term relationships with customers and more substantial projects. The recruiting challenges are real for our industry as a whole and so to adapt we have created a dedicated Talent Director role and added significant recruitment capacity to take our community to well over 200 staff which we are proud of. We continue to benchmark our salaries and packages including benefits to be ensure we remain on par with the industry but we are also keen that we offer the most fun, training and career progression possible.
