Quiet, efficient workplace with real options to grow within the company. For couple months whilst I worked there it was a great experience. Had to resign due to personal reasons and moving to a different city, but it was fun. Non-invasive, get in, do your job, leave. Also if you're lucky you'd get assigned to a cool project and work on an interesting title. Great starting point for people interested in game development. Gives lots of insights into higher structures. Company also offers a lot of training materials, lots and lots of guides and interesting development-related instructions.

Unfortunately, I'm going to point at the paycheck. For the qualifications needed and work you are required to do you are offered minimum wage, which is not nice.
