Pros
Good atmosphere, the plain workers there are young and easygoing. Easy scheduling: if you need a day-off or you won't be able to attend next week, you just have to tell and there shouldn't be any problem
Cons
-Awful for linguistic projects, they lie to you by telling you will work in linguistic projects (non-native 250%+ paid), but they just want fresh workers so you can work in normal projects for the equivalent of 2,4$ usd, people enter and leave fast, unless the ones who like to work for a slave-like salary. The atmosphere is good and stuff, but that's not what you applied for. -Difficult time as non-Polish speaker, most of the information available, incoming important mails and so on is sent in Polish only, so you have to someone translate it yourself and ask someone to help you out. -Managers are not likely or take too much time to help you, usually you need to solve your issues with other veteran workers.
