Pros
Different projects that can last few months to 2 years, usually no overtimes as few years before. Definitely good work life balance, unless you are the project lead. Good atmosphere in the office
Cons
Not ideal for people that want to learn or improve, sometimes you can be bound to one project for 2 years and forced to do tasks not really in your domain.
