Pros

I've only been at QA for just over eight weeks. However, it's clear to see that it is the people that are the heart of the company. Everyday, I walk into the office, it is an environment that is full of energy, hard work, and laughter. The all around atmosphere, is authentic and genuine, which makes it easy to come to work. The team work, and comradery amongst my team is second to none, factoring in hybrid working, good incentivised remuneration packages, training, building relationships day by day, and opportunities for growth personally and professionally. I can already see myself working here for a long period of time, it just feels right.

Cons

The company is growing and scaling up quite quickly, and I think at the moment it is struggling with inducting new recruits in an organised fashion. However, I can already see changes being made to compensate for this situation.

Pros

The skills platform developed by the former Cloud Academy team was innovative and well-received by customers.

Cons

Since my voluntary departure, the company has proven to be unreliable and somewhat cagey. Under the terms of their articles of association and ISD, they had 12 months to repurchase my preferred shares. Nearly 18 months have passed, and they refuse to repurchase my shares or communicate any reasons for the delay. One might conclude that they are dealing with financial difficulties.
