Cons

Contact change , micro managed , lots of redundancy, bonus changes all the time. They’re trying to get as many people out as possible so implement unbearable policies to squeeze people out between redundancies

Buenos salarios y beneficios, estos se dieron por pandemia y antes deque la comprara perficient, desde que perficient compro a otras compañías está no ha generado beneficios extras más que despidos

Cons

Están sacando a la gente que lleva años en la compañía, prefieren contratar gente del Sena(y no estoy desmetirando) y sacar a los que llevan años a los que se jugaban todo por la empresa con razones sin sentido, obvio dan indemnización pero da tristeza como día a día se ve salir la gente buena
