It’s only once you’re out you realise the place is truly toxic. Pace of work is relentless. Chaotic mostly.
Lots of things done to appear that well-being is important, but for many they are overlooked. Lack of appreciation for hard work. Limited career prospects. HR are clueless and disorganised.
Too many appallingly behaved colleagues are not dealt with and poor performance isn’t addressed putting more pressure on those that perform.
Zero open feedback culture.
QA are currently failing to read the market, pushing ahead with a blended approach to learning that people just don’t want.
The business survives on those who work hard to make it appear successful and sadly this has resulted in some amazing quality staff leaving in the last couple of years.
Also, very southern centric.
Salaries very mixed. Very well paid trainers and poorly paid admin staff. Sales get lots of money thrown at them whilst the people doing the behind the scenes work get nothing. Too sales centric.
