      Pros

      This isn't my first startup and I can say this is one of the most energetic and exciting I've ever been in. The direct leadership is extremely competent and experienced. The C-levels are accessible and open to feedback. They are also involved in the hiring process and are hand picking position and personnel. There is nothing but energy here and its infectious.

      Cons

      None. This company is going to be a rocketship.

      Pros

      - Brand new company with a lot of opportunity in an exciting space in the construction software industry - Lots of opportunities to learn, grow, and impact the entire construction industry - Good healthcare benefits - The CEO and co-founders are truly fantastic to work with and for. He is open-minded, dynamic, and innovative.

      Cons

      While the location of the company isn't necessarily the most glamorous, the driven people who work here make up for the location
