The product is very good in some spots, but is constantly being refined. Additionally, sometimes changes can be made pretty fast, which can leave the team feeling winded.

Intimate teams and strong values. Managers are great and really care about the status and well being of the teams. Benefits are good.

No stock options and pay could be more if it was compared to the market.
