I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pushpay (Redmond, WA) in Jul 2025
Interview
It was a pretty typical process. Phone screen with a recruiter and then a video interview with the hiring manager followed by a group interview with 2 people on the hiring team. It was a positive experience with fairly typical behavioral questions, and some questions more specific to their industry and business. Overall it was a positive experience even though I didn't move forward in the process or get an offer.

Question 1
Something like, how do you approach your relationship with the sales team and supporting them with sales enablement assets.
Very informal process - my time and effort that I put into the interview was not respected. They use 3rd party recruiting companies that are beyond rude. The way they treated by ghosting me shows you how they operate as a company. Avoid at all cost.
