Pros

Nothing is pros All is spam

Cons

Imposing a bond on freshers and experienced employees is unfair. Poor management practices. Non-technical individuals often act as though they are expert developers. Excessive workplace politics. Focus on low-code/no-code platforms, yet some project leaders overestimate their capabilities despite limited knowledge. Instances of employees obtaining fake certifications. Newly joined employees being forced to sign a three-year bond. Let me know if you want further edits or additions! 2/2

Pros

Freshers may get initial exposure to projects and client-facing work.

Cons

In my experience, the work culture felt highly stressful and mentally exhausting. The 3-month notice period felt excessively restrictive and created pressure for employees looking for better career opportunities. Employees resigning from the organization may face financial recoveries, notice-period-related charges, or other deductions, which can make the exit process feel financially stressful and discouraging. I personally felt that employee retention relied more on restrictive policies and pressure-based practices rather than employee satisfaction or growth opportunities. Townhall meetings often appeared focused on attrition and management messaging instead of openly addressing employee concerns. HR did not always feel like a fully independent employee support function, and many concerns seemed to be handled primarily from a management perspective. Poor work-life balance, including regular Saturday working and continuous workload pressure. Leadership, in my opinion, lacked employee-focused vision, transparency, and modern workplace culture practices. Many employees appeared mentally drained, demotivated, and professionally stagnant because of the environment and restrictive policies. Internal policies felt heavily management-oriented and not balanced toward employee welfare or long-term career growth. Continuous pressure and low morale seemed to affect both employee well-being and work quality.

Pros

I have been working at Prosys Infotech for the past one year as a Data Analyst, and the experience has been enriching in many ways. The company provides a strong foundation for anyone beginning their career in data analytics, especially with hands-on exposure to tools like Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure. The work environment is positive, and the team is approachable and supportive. I’ve always felt encouraged to explore and learn, which helped me grow technically and professionally. The flexibility in work arrangements has also been helpful in balancing my other commitments .

Cons

While the company continues to offer a strong learning environment, I believe there are areas where small improvements could make the experience even better for current employees. Introducing opportunities to work on more advanced or diverse data projects would be valuable, especially for those looking to expand their skill sets beyond reporting and dashboarding. Additionally, it would be encouraging if the compensation structure and internal practices were reviewed periodically to ensure they remain in line with evolving industry standards. These enhancements could go a long way in boosting motivation and long-term engagement. Overall, I truly value the learning, mentorship, and support I continue to receive at Prosys Infotech.
