      Pros

      Prosource is locally owned company who cares! We truly make an impact on our customers, our community, our team members. From the top down, I truly love working with our team. We have each other's back, we get the job done and we like to have fun. After being here for more than 8 years, I can honestly say it is a pleasure working for one of the fastest growing Technology companies in the Midwest.

      Pros

      I trust the leadership of the company, and the managers care about their teams. I've had a lot of opportunities to grow here and have learned a lot. We have fun, too! It has been a great place to work!

      Pros

      Worked with some nice folks, but if you’re not in the “in team”…you’re screwed.

      Cons

      High turnover…especially with newer sales folks. Churn and burn mindset. Most sales reps don’t make it past a year. Pay and benefits are generally bad.
