They progressed very quick in what seemed like no time. Despite the endless amount of mental pain we expressed we were dealing with, the bite continued to get bigger. Them a ripple effect happened. Burn out and WAY to high of expectations for anyone in their set pay grade. Taking on less companies and continuing to focus on employees work ethics could be beneficial. I think management needs to leave emotions and feelings out of decisions as well. Also "employees first" should be considered as, employees spend most of their week...working. Let them matter someonewhere. You wouldn't believe the change you'd see.
