This organization not only concerns company growth only but the management invests in each resource so they become an asset to the organization and allow them to grow in diversify fields and lead the life in a better way. For keeping the employee motivation high, management does a lot like an annual family trip, this organization is best for those who want to build their carrier and want to succeed in the life within the organization and build a strong foundation for future, but not for those who just want to do a job without any goal, as everyone needs to put a great effort, motivation, dedication to reaching to a growth peak in your carrier, then only he can taste the flavor of success.

To start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are a employee. It feels like a family. Work is good and great seniors to guide. You feel you are in safe hands. Supporting and lovely colleagues. - Great people, great open culture, the company really does look after its people. - No hierarchical structure in company. You are the owner of what you do. - You get appreciated for the job well done. - A healthy and helpful bunch of Colleagues. You can jump on to anyone for help and you won't be disappointed. - Everything flows from top whether bad or good. The CEO is highly Lovable and Motivated which brings lot of positive energy in the team. - Work hard and party harder. - The four pillars will always help in all aspect of life(professionals, personal, long term goal, etc). - Short time client site visit.

But thinking of things to improve here it becomes so difficult because all you see around is Positive and goody. But may be being a small company we don't have cab facility and so thinking of having one in future for people coming from far would be another feather in the cap. For me, I didn't felt anything to mention. But talking of mass, what i realized - the working hours should be a concern for future. It's all because of Italy timings, i guess. I believe that there is always room for improvement in anything. I found opportunities in siting for extra hours and i learned many things. One should take it positive.
