Cons
No time management. No work life balance. HR policies sucks! need serious improvement! Biased firm for few employees (firm is full of relatives) Policies can be more employee friendly.. like flexible working hours unlike sending employees home after 9:00pm.. Highly unsatisfied employment.. Leaves are rarely approved !! If u ask for leaves then they think that you are going out for interview .. that means that they dont keep their employees satisfied... They always ask their employee " when you are planning to leave the company" simply because they know that they have some lacking in their work environment. Instead of asking this... try to improve the work culture and management...
