Pros
There are some really great people in mid-level positions and the salary is average.
Cons
No one can explain what the company does or is good at. You'll never hear the managers say "Hire people smarter than you", "Listen to everyone's ideas", "B-level work is bad for your soul" or "It's more important to invest in good people than good ideas".
Programmed talks a lot about safety, but does nothing to implement safe work environments where employees feel supported and secure in voicing proactive opinions.
Most of the leadership team are white men. The company talks about diversity and promoting women, but I found the company to be misogynistic. The women in leadership roles are trotted out for 'International Women's Day', and people of colour are used fairly frequently for 'diversity' photos.
Some of the managers put themselves before their teams.
