Force you to do inappropriate shifts, if you refuse, they cancel your remaining shifts. if you complain about incorrect pay, the give you minimum hours for the next 3 weeks, bullies, rude, arrogant. don't care about their employees what soever.same mentality throughout the company from managers, to rostering team, to payroll, to after hours team. as an employee we do not have a say in anything, its their way or the highway. promises promises promises, promise 30 hours a week but give you 10-15, 4 hour shifts, then they put blame on the client, client has cut the hours and the shifts, mismanagement across the entire eastern Sydney team.
