The whole team was very helpful and supportive. Fun team. Open communication. Lots of collaboration at times. Worked with me on my schedule and training. I have small kids. Did everything possible to support me as I was transitioning into this field. Was able to get some work done outside of regular hours.

I would have liked to been at the top of the range of pay but I came in with no experience and was given a raise fairly quickly.

Our team is strong, and committed to success for each other and our clients. Recent enhancements to training processes, onboarding, and regular feedback for new hires set people up for a strong start and ongoing training works to ensure upward growth for those who seek to progress. Tax season is busy and improves yearly. Culture & community is tightknit, especially considering the team is 100% remote. Regular virtual events and an annual in-person retreat help accomplish this. Leadership sets the tone with their commitment to the growth and happiness of their team, and that rolls down through the other levels of management. Flexibility in working location and hours are the cherry on top.

Tax Season is intense but within reason. If you like a lot of in-person time with people, you won't find it here.
