I submitted my application and several weeks later, an email appeared directing me to take an assessment. The assessment was the oddest thing I have ever had to do and frankly had nothing to do with talent. It has me proofread to find errors, again, nothing to do with recruitment. Nonetheless, I did the assessment and received a message that someone will follow up in 3 days. I reached out and heard nothing, it's been more than 3 weeks. Save your time and don't waste the effort to apply to this company.

Employer asked important questions and really wanted to get to know me and find out if I was the perfect fit for the company’s needs. Wasn’t your typical “tell me about a time where you….” job interview. I am extremely excited about the job and can’t wait to move forward.

You'll be asked to complete 4 different assessments, plus multiple rounds of interviews. I had a great first interview, and during that call a second interview was booked. Then on the day of the call the interviewer never showed up. No professional courtesy to cancel the interview! What a waste of time. If a simple cancelation email is too much, how must they treat their employees?
