Not for long-term growth in career. - Recruiter Proco Group Employee Review

Pros

Camaraderie, drinks after work when the owners are in town, some flexibility if you've proven yourself, some cash/voucher incentives for milestones and small wins, and above average base salaries.

Cons

Many employees don't stay here long enough for any valuable client relationship to form. System isn't really used by consultant to track information and owners flip their decisions so much, not to mention they often don't honour contracts. They could decide to hire 1 month & fire several the next month so its unclear what the company vision really is.

Pros

Work hard play hard mentality. You bill, you make money, simply put. You work hard, you are awarded, simply put. Supportive environment. The business is patient to allow people time to get up and running. If the business sees that you are putting the effort in, they will help you and support you to get to your goals.

Cons

The business, like every other company in the world has had to make changes and look at how they approach the market and overall, the internal landscape. Perhaps those decisions weren't easy for the business, but everything that was done was with everyone's best interest in mind.

Hi Tim, thanks for your review, Interesting - but not entirely factual. Firstly, whilst it hasn't been our greatest year, as with the vast majority of companies in our industry, There have been an awful lot of headwinds over the past 12 months that go a long way to explaining that. Secondly, we have lots of great people in this business who have understood that, knuckled down and produced incredible results. You weren't one of them, having billed less than your day rate over the previous 18 months (which I'm sure you haven't told your new employer). Interestingly, our best two months of the year have been since you left which I'm sure is a coincidence, but it feels quite symbolic. Finally, thank you for your "strategic" advice, I'll be sure to take it all on board. I wish you well Tim.
