Pros
Training provided for getting licensed and the teachers are experienced agents. RVPs and upper management make themselves available to new agents for mentoring and learning the trade.
Cons
Once you are trained and licensed you are expected to build your own client base and make your own way. No leads or anything given to new agents. If you already have people you know are interested in the products you can make out well. It is NOT recommended for folks new to a community with no contacts.
