Pros
With little experience coming out of college I was really looking to get in with a company that was going to teach me the "ins and outs" of the world of business. I got so much more then just that when I started with Prime Time. Not only have I learned to grow my passion for sales and marketing but I have also grown myself as a person. This company develops you into a leader, coach and mentor of others. Ben Levy, the owner, takes personal time out of his schedule to invest in me. Working for someone that passionate about helping me obtain my goals is something that is hard to find in a company.
Cons
The hours can be long but they go by pretty quickly. What I have figured out about this company is that you get out what you put in though. Which I think is similar to every company.
