Pros

No pros at all, better to work in retail or unemployed.

Cons

Not a real job. 100% commission, door to door sales using your own car and gas. Spend more traveling than the pay you get.

Pros

None honestly. Except maybe for the team building games that they make everyone play. I just wrote that so I could meet the 20 word minimum.

Cons

OH BOY. Where do I begin?... 1) Pay is terrible. 100% commission, you live or die by it. You'll spend more than you make. 2) The "Leadership" is a joke. The first promotion you can get is "leader" which basically means you made X amount of sales in x amount of days. So if you're lucky, you can get promoted quickly and after that you're stuck. They talk on and on about how you can move up the ladder but really you cant. 3) Hours. Lol. They want you there from 7:30am-6:30pm. Naw fam. It aint worth it. Some even encourage coming in on Saturdays. 4) The branch managers. Nice guys but not really business professionals. They're just good salesman who eventually were able to open up their own office but lack the mannerisms of a true professional. Swearing while training new employees isnt really as cool and hip as y'all make it. If you're fresh out of college and are hungry for employment, dont waste your time here. Keep hustling out there on the job market, something good will pop up.

Pros

This is my first job in the business career since graduating college last semester. Management is fun to work with, definitely a high energy atmosphere which I love. The training program that they offer for new starts contains great information that is perfect for those just starting their business career.

Cons

Definitely takes hard work- since you are working with other business owners you have to be willing to put in the time and effort in order to reap the benefits.
