High growth means frequent internal opportunities to move laterally and also up. Excellent total compensation package. Very good opportunity for work/life balance excluding peak periods (Nov-Jan, Jun-July).
Cons
Increasingly politicized environment, making career development more difficult. Politics also appear to be impacting senior leadership decision-making and willingness to take stands. Internal policies changing and becoming less employee friendly. Significant turnover at senior leadership levels year over year. Newer executive team.
