Several screening interviews and interviews. Position postings removed and then reappeared. Everyone was professional and very nice but something just seems “off” when an org posts the exact same times over and over again.
I applied online. I interviewed at Prime Therapeutics in Apr 2026
Interview
I had a phone screen first and was moved fairly quickly to a second-round panel interview. Overall, the conversations were positive. The team members I spoke with were welcoming, thoughtful, and seemed very optimistic about the future of the product and the company.
About a month later, I received an email letting me know the role had been canceled due to a shift in business initiatives. I appreciated that they followed up and gave me closure, since that does not always happen in hiring processes. I replied to thank them for their time and asked to be kept in mind for future product roles, but later realized the message had come from a no-reply email address.
Overall, the interview experience itself was good, and the people I met represented the company well. The only downside was the role being canceled after the interview process and not having a clear way to respond directly to the recruiter afterward.
