      Large company but a small company feel. Most of the positions are remote positions and you do not have to go into the office. Bonuses are very nice. 401k is excellent!

      Company is very fast paced and expect changes several times a year.

      Pros

      Work life balance is good; all employees are 100% remote. The employees themselves are very helpful, and family focused.

      Cons

      The corporate politics at VP+ levels are unreal; the worst I've ever seen in 10+ years in corporate America. "Minnesota Nice" = passive aggressive. Also, the employees are largely checked out, with little oversight.
