The people are awesome. Very friendly and overall a very tight knit culture. Flexible environment depending on the season.

Can get really busy at times, but it's fun.

Terrible outdated managment with a lack of clear vision and empowering leadership. Surely used to be a good company but the work enviroment is incredibly toxic nowadays.
