Pros
People, office, and training are all great. They do a great job of personality matching to assign you to a team as well. Team meetings are motivating. Pretty much every department besides CD (door to door) and TA (recruiting) seem really cool and well-functioning. Awesome workspaces for brand, marketing, business tech, and inside sales. This review is specific to the D2D role.
Cons
Physically demanding work, both on body and mind. This is a door-to-door sales position. Massive upside potential but 60% won't cut it. Base pay structure has been the same since late 2000's, which is ridiculous. Employees are not reimbursed for gas/car maintenance. The VP of CD is the only person in senior management who is honest about the job. One of the CEO's, who handles town halls, seems to be on the slopes, if you know what I mean. Super disconnected from the lower levels of the company, which is strange since he started out there.
