Pros
There are no pros other than learning how to identify the lies and nonsense from a company that feels the need to sell you on the job 24/7 because management knows how bad it is.
Cons
They claim to pre-qualify every potential customer, which is a lie too. You will be sent to any house that allows an appointment; for example, I sold multiple homeowners that were turned down by Power because their financial situation was so poor meaning I spent over four hours at each appointment and made the sale, but Power cancelled that sale and I got no pay for my effort in doing everything correctly. If Power pre-qualifies all of the potential customers before an appointment why did I get sent to multiple individuals that were deemed financially unfit for the project I sold to them? Everything is a numbers game for this company and they will screw their sales people over whenever they can because you don't get paid anything but commission. Don't work at this company, you will regret it.
