Pros
- Managers were very understanding and flexible with the schedule.
- Other hosts were all mainly college students- hence the scheduling flexibility.
- If you work the day shift, there was the leftover brunch.
- It's the restaurant business. Everything is hectic and fast-pace, but if you're willing to learn, it's a great place!
- They do a good job of training
- Ability to grow into manager/leading positions with time
-
Cons
- Standing for your entire shift.
- Occasionally intoxicated and rude customers
- Hosts help clean and maintain the bathroom. It's usually fine, but there's an occasional drunk customer who has decided to make a mess. But it wasn't too bad when I worked there!
It is a restaurant so it comes with all the standard aches of working in that business. But there aren't any particular cons that are out of the ordinary.
