Pros
Great exposure to the company's senior leadership and the larger technology, media and entertainment industry. Great work life balance and fun events keep you engaged throughout and ensure that you mingle and learn as much from cross functional teams as your own.
Cons
I cannot think of any cons that are of critical importance for anyone who is considering working at Sony. All I can say is that you as an intern must also be as proactive in learning as much during your term.
