Vehicle reimbursement is a joke, base pay minimum, comp structure subject to change EVERY 6 MONTHS, comp structure is TERRIBLE, incentives are a joke and unattainable. Paid about 1/3 of gas $$ back, 15 days after the month end. Also, any expenses are on your own. Submit an expense report and you may or may not get paid back, depending on how much you paid for dinner. Carpooling for travel to meetings mandatory or you don't get reimbursed. Constantly degraded and told how terrible your performance is, no matter what the circumstances. NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE.
