    At the ground level, the employees are very hard working and persevering. In most cases, people will work hard together against any odd and challenges with a vision to succeed.

    Lots of nepotism, racism, endless dog and pony show, thankless, lower and lower paying, disorganized, no planning of team resource management or talent development, everything is an emergency, tries to force work to be all your life is for more than 16 hours a day, 5 managers per worker, but some people are exempt, India comes first
