      Good by Bonus, Working with experience person. Normal hour weekend off.

      Cons

      Old Culture like school, you need to be there at before 745 even your office hour start at 8, need to compete with traffic jam, and if you accident your name will be up to all management. and cant go out for a while need a gate pass.

      - Free meal everyday - Free uniform - Good work & sosial environment (so far no office drama! haha)

      Cons

      Honestly, the salary is a bit lower compared to other companies. The bonus does help make up for it, but having a higher salary would mean staff have extra money every month instead of waiting for the yearly bonus.
