Pros

-Exposure to technically valuable work and hands-on industry experience -Opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced, production-driven environment -Experience working under demanding timelines and operational pressure

Cons

-Lack of transparency from leadership regarding priorities, expectations, and decision-making -Management communication was often reactive and emotionally driven, requiring employees to anticipate and manage responses rather than focus on their work -Unrealistic workload expectations without sufficient resources or timelines -Management approach often felt disciplinary rather than constructive, with limited accountability at the leadership level -High emphasis on output and production goals at the expense of employee well-being, morale, and sustainable work practices -Limited support for addressing burnout, ethical concerns, or operational issues raised by staff This workplace may be suitable for individuals comfortable navigating emotionally reactive management and high-pressure environments with minimal structure. Those seeking steady leadership, clear expectations, and a supportive, balanced culture may want to consider other options.

Pros

My coworkers were all great. Being a CRO, a good variety of studies came through, giving me exposure to a variety of imaging modalities and study designs. The work is varied and interesting.

Cons

There has been some recent turnover and company structure changes due to the company recently being acquired.

Pros

Supportive co-workers make it worthwhile to stay Variety in therapeutic areas make it interesting to learn Customization in study design allows for a wide range of exposure to different study set-up needs Relatively generous PTO plan

Cons

No transparency from leadership Stressful deadlines/unrealistic expectations Lack of proactive communication between departments Most departments are currently understaffed Onboarding takes a long time Recent merger has caused too many things to change all at once creating a lot of chaos in the organization in an effort to 'streamline' Benefits have gone downhill over time Lots of overtime to keep up with study demands
