Pros

Good co-workers and team members Learning opportunities available Easy to transfer between departments

Cons

Career advancement is limited Promotions appear to be based on personal relationships rather than performance Required overtime without additional compensation Limited communication between departments Extreme favoritism,Very clicky environment,People who play politics get promoted: Upper management decisions do not appear to prioritize employee concerns, Management doesn't care about you, they only care about number and their career development HR processes do not adequately address employee feedback Compensation significantly below market rates No salary increases for extended periods Summary: Keep Laying off good employees while hiring contractors. Random layoffs, Every 6 months there's layoffs, if you care about the long term development, DO NOT join into this company.

Pros

1. Adventure in Overload: Enjoy the never-ending thrill of an expanding workload with no help in sight. 2. Psychic Salary Boosts: Experience the joy of promotions without the hassle of actual salary increases. 3. Minimalist Benefit Strategy: Who needs robust parental leave or PTO anyway? Embrace simplicity! 4. Leadership Lotto: Guess the next big decision by our CEO—it’s always a surprise! Cost-Cutting Creativity: Watch in awe as every corner that can be cut, will be—innovation in austerity! 5. Global Displacement Opportunity: Get a front-row seat to the outsourcing strategy that could redefine your career—literally overseas.

Cons

1. Overworked and understaffed: Constant denial of requests to hire more help. 2. Reduced benefits: Cuts to parental leave and the elimination of unlimited PTO. 3. Underpaid: Salary levels below industry standards without proper compensation for promotions. 4. Poor leadership: CEO with a questionable track record and decision-making that seems to prioritize cost-cutting over employee well-being. 5. Lack of transparency: Little to no honest communication about company changes and future plans. 5. Risk of offshoring: Growing likelihood of jobs being moved overseas as part of cost-cutting measures.

Overhired and Underperformed

Pros

- Had great staff members to serve as managers and mentors, at least until they started firing them.

Cons

- Laid a huge contingent of the company off over the past two years, including high performers and senior employees. - Not only did they overhire, but they overfired judging by the fact that they later attempted to rehire some of the laid-off staff. - Never trust companies who serve at the mercy of private equity companies, you are one boardroom decision away from being cut along with most of your colleagues no matter how well you perform. - Product is antique by modern IRT/RTSM standards. Without a major revamp, they will continue to lose ground to more forward-thinking competitors.
