Great internal staff sale, good recognition of name ( but have to remark Lane Crawford), nice office, learn a lot about luxury retail, and able to learn not just your scope but all aspects of retail under a big company, surround with luxury branded products

Cons

Depends on the team - buying can never leave on time, low pay, demanding
