      Pros

      Candidates are nervous, so they’re always nice. Management is fantastic. There’s lots of downtime. I’m used to running around stressed at jobs but this is the complete opposite. Can wear comfier clothes as long as they’re not too unprofessional. Great pay

      Cons

      Not enough hours. We’re only open when tests are scheduled, so I work about an average of 20-25 hrs a week despite being the employee who works the MOST on our current team

      From home and relaxed working environment

      Cons

      They never know when the project will end or start so you can’t line up other work. Projected end 16th and we end 10 days early? Thats a lot of wages now I don’t have.
